  • 6 Beets
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 Carrots
  • 3 Bell Peppers Red, yellow, or orange. Not green.
  • 2 lbs beef
  • 1 Cabbage

Notes

Chop everything finely. Stick in pot. Boil until ready. 
Serve with dill and sour cream.
